•RoK citizen
•Work experience in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
•Higher education in Civil and Structural is mandatory.
•Language knowledge: Kazakh – native, Russian – native, English – Intermediate.
•Familiar with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process safety sketches, etc
•Proficiency in using of STAAD Pro., MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
•Knowledge of project development (CPDEP, Project Phase 1-5) phases, and experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Estimates.
•Familiar with land site development; soil reports and studies for optimal site selection, geotechnical calculations for soil improvement and deep excavations method, and earth retaining structures.
•Familiar with vibration design.
•Knowledge of TCO Specifications & ASME, API and other applicable national and international standards (should know SNIP, Eurocode and GOST standards).
