Description Announcement
•Strong knowledge of complex Electrical Switch-Gears facilities unit specific Process Design, including Operational parameters, Design limits, Process Control philosophy, Process simulation
•Strong We Lead behaviors, coaching and mentoring on process engineering concepts, design issues, industry best practices in Process Safety, build the organizational capability of the team.
•Collaboration with multifunctional team to provide SME solutions to Technical Safety issues and initiatives
•Build relations with Facilities Engineering peers and Operations Facilities owners
•Take the lead on Process Safety initiatives, utilize AGILE process if needed
•Develop and manage PHA Risk mitigation plans
•Higher education – Chemical Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree preferred, may accept other Oil & gas industry technical degree.
•15 or more years of experience in Process Engineering, Process safety or Design Engineering in industry.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (both written and verbal).
