•Engineering Degree or equivalent (HND)
•6-8 years of experience, including 4 years on commissioning supervisory role.
•A comprehensive understanding of HSSE management and unwavering commitment to personnel responsibility for site safety
•Experience at managing safety of entire construction site
•Experience working in RoK or former Soviet Union countries is a plus
•Experience working in difficult locations (remote, foreign, arctic, etc.)
•Computer literate with skilled ability in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and excel as a minimum
•Experience of driving business and word process improvement in project execution and construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit for purpose solutions, simplification, lean methods and cost effectiveness.
•Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff, driving the development of local talent
•Team player with clear evidence of working with others to deliver goals
•Assessed knowledge of NCOC facilities on and offshore
•Previous experience in Caspian Area would be an advantage
