•Minimum 3 year-experience in Human Resources or Business Analysis role, including experience in managing data and targets or equivalent professional training; relevant experience in understanding People data analysis and reporting;
•Professional degree: Behavioral Science, Science of Law, Economics are preferable;
•Possible certification in Data analytics and Data visualization.
•Professional Knowledge of computer-based systems including, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent packages;
•Good written and spoken English and Russian, Kazakh
