•Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English – upper intermediate and higher level
•Software requirements: Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fluency in digital media and social media platforms content creation Understanding Social media algorithms and targeting Web browser software and Search engine optimization principles
•Must have the following skills: Make operative plan of group’s work according to priorities Mark out important information and identify possible problem reasons Make sound decisions based on situation assessment and with account for consequences Work independently with no side assistance Explain to colleagues about necessity of having knowledge and professional skills Use feedback to improve own performance Facilitate implementation of team approach by own behavior and communication style Write and speak in a persuasive manner by using appropriate arguments, style and language Possess active listening skills.
