• University Degree in finance, audit, HR, economics, business administration or relevant area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Finance, Audit, Economics (BIG 4)
• Experience in the International Oil & Gas Energy & Petroleum industry is preferable
• Knowledge & understanding of the compensation & benefit principles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
