Finance or Legal bachelor’s degree level or higher is the norm.
Minimum of 2-5 years of CP experience
Comprehensive skills in pre-award and post-award CP processes
CIPS qualification will be considered a plus
IT literacy including knowledge of SAP contract and payment related applications as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is preferable
