University degree or alternative minimum 3 years in-house experience in Company Security Operations Control Centers or Emergency Response Centers. Alternatively, can be evaluated a relevant 3 years’ experience in Third parties Joint Operations Room / Control Room / Emergency Response Room at senior level position
Overall, 6-8 years’ experience in oil and gas company
Required extensive knowledge of Incident Management process and security databases
Preferable knowledge of data analysis / mining techniques and tools
Preferable knowledge in information and quality management
Required user knowledge of Bosch video management system and application
Required fluency and grammar in English, Russian and Kazakh languages
