INFORMATION as per art.13, EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR): Expertise s.r.l. declares that, by acquiring Your CURRICULUM, becomes the owner of Your and Your family’s data qualified as personal data according to EU regulation 2016/679 related to the protection of individuals (GDPR) effective from May 25th 2018. Pursuant to the provisions of article 13 of the aforementioned Regulation, we communicate that: 1)The personal data owner is EXPERTISE S.r.l., registered office in 8 Pontaccio Str., MILANO (MI) and operative headquarters in 4 Trieste str., VADO LIGURE (SV); 2)The personal data owner did not appoint any responsible for data protection; 3)The purposes of the data processing, Your personal data are intended to, are: - The insertion of Your CURRICULUM into the company candidates database for job positions - The personnel selection and research (recruiting) for Expertise S.r.l. and other companies of the group - The communication to the interested person of news related to courses and masters that may be published on web site www.expertise.it; 4)The data processing is necessary for the pursuit of a owner’s legitimate interest within the personnel research; 5)The categories of any recipients of processed personal data are the following: a)Workers or employers interested to the job position or the interested person’s professional profile; b)Schools and training bodies interested to enter in touch with the person who provided his/her personal and identification data in order to offer their training proposals (courses – masters – events); c)Companies related at stock level to Expertise S.r.l.; 6)The possible transfer of personal data also to extra EU third countries will occur on condition that the interested person expresses explicit consent, when this is appropriate to facilitate the matching between job demand and offer and the interested person’s professional requalification; 7)Concerning the criteria applied by the owner to determine the conservation period of the interested person’s data (Curriculum), they will be kept for not longer than 10 years; 8)The interested person has the following rights: - He/she can require the access to his/her personal data, the modification and cancellation of the same, the treatment limitation and the data portability - He/she can oppose him/herself to the treatment - He/she can propose a complaint to a Supervisory authority 9)The data communication by the interested person is optional 10)The possible refuse to provide the required consent will prevent the insertion of the interested person’s Curriculum into the Expertise recruiting database and will prevent the answer to ads about personnel research, courses and master that may appear in the website www.expertise.it; 11) your data may be subjected to automated procedures, including those carried out using artificial intelligence tools installed on our servers. Any use of artificial intelligence on your data will not have any legal effect on the data subject, nor will it have significant consequences on business decisions. These functions are limited to optimizing business processes and supporting decision-making (e.g., selecting and categorizing CVs), as indicated in Article 22 of the GDPR. 12)The treatment owner will not use provided data for purposes other than those for which they were collected. With relation to the data present in the interested person’s Curriculum, the owner could treat data that the Regulation EU 2016/679 defines: - “health data”, as pertinent to a person mental or physical health, including the provision of health care services that may reveal information related to his/her health state; - “particular categories data” that may reveal the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophic principles, or the trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to univocally identify a person, data related to health, sexual life or sexual orientation. With reference to the utilization of the interested person’s rights, the owner may be contacted to the e-mail address privacy@expertise.it

The interested person provides his/her explicit, free, informed and unequivocal consent to Expertise s.r.l. for the treatment of data present in his/her Curriculum, even if belonging to particular categories and related to personal health. The treatment will be according to indications provided by the present information sheet

The interested person provides his/her explicit, free, informed and unequivocal consent to the transfer of his/her data also to third countries (even extra EU), according to the provision of art. 49 of the Regulation EU 2016/679, according to to indications provided by the present information sheet

The interested person provides his/her explicit, free, informed and unequivocal consent to the communication of his/her personal data (Curriculum) to other companies of Expertise Group, according to finalities provided by the present information sheet
